Paul Maguire, Principal Investigator

Paul co-founded the Circle 18 project. He began an automotive and racing career after serving in Europe during Vietnam. In 1982 he graduated from Western Mass. Precision Institute. Paul later completed a Pratt & Whitney program on jet engines and served as a master mechanic in Harpswell, focusing on high-performance vehicles.

Dion Linkel, Co-Principal Investigator

Dion co-founded the Circle 18 project. Dion's career includes time served as a communications specialist for the Air National Guard. He worked as a first-class rated welder at Bath Iron Works, founded a nursery business serving New England, and has operated a high-end stonework business since the mid-90's.

Chase Saunders
Business Development Manager

Chase earned a degree in computer science from Bowdoin College in 1998. During his subsequent career as a software architect, he supported the growth of many innovative companies. He also received the Navy's AEGIS Award for Excellence, rarely given to civilians.

Joshua C. Andrei, Technology Director

Josh provides information technology support for Kuzwe, as well as mechanical expertise. He attended Bowdoin College, during which he won several regional track and field titles. After earning his degree, Josh worked as a mechanic and a stonemason for a few years. He began a career as a network engineer in 2001.
